Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: Using DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: €12.95.
- Free Shipping: Using EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch. Free for orders over €50.

Return & Exchange Policy
You can return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of receipt. Please ensure that the products are unused and in their original packaging, including all labels and accessories.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Retouraanvraag” and include your order number and the reason for return.
- Receive a Return Label: After your request is approved, you will receive a return label and instructions for sending your package.
- Send Your Package: Carefully pack the products and send them using the provided return label.
- Confirmation and Processing: Once we receive your return, we will process your request and notify you of the status.
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange a product, follow the same process as for a return. Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify which product you would like to receive in return.
Refund
Once we have received and processed your return, the amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. If you have chosen an exchange, you will receive a confirmation of the shipment of the new product.
Non-Returnable Products
Please note that certain products, such as nail polish and lipstick, cannot be returned for hygienic reasons unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
